Claire has been practicing massage therapy for over a decade with specialities in cupping, scraping, stretch, lymphathic drainage and deep tissue. Having worked in chiropractic offices, sports recovery facilities and even opening her own practice herself Claire has years of expertise and knowledge of the body to ensure a unique approach to every person that walks in through her door! In her free-time Claire wakes up at 4am to workout at her Crossfit gym, which should tell you she is more than capable of applying deep tissue to any of her sessions!
